Tinsel & Twinkle Co. was founded by Caroline Lauzon and Luke Gilbert, combining a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and performance-driven excellence.

 

Caroline is a former Canadian National Team diver on the 10m platform and a professional acrobat with Cirque du Soleil for over two decades. Alongside her performing career, she is a successful Las Vegas real estate agent and investor, known for her eye for design, curb appeal, and creating spaces that feel both elevated and inviting. A graduate of the International School of Hospitality in Event Management, Caroline brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to everything she does.

 

Luke is a former two-time All-American lacrosse player who competed at the professional level in both outdoor and indoor leagues. He earned Academic All-American honors while studying sports business and marketing. Today, he brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach through his work in home remodeling, real estate investments, and his passion for design and construction. He is also an avid endurance athlete, completing multiple Ironman races, and is actively involved in rescue work and animal advocacy.

 

Together, with their daughter Maia, they created Tinsel & Twinkle Co. as a family-driven business—built on a shared passion for design, the holiday season, and creating meaningful experiences. Their goal is simple: to bring beautifully designed, stress-free lighting to homes and businesses across Las Vegas.
